Outside the Lines Studio (OTL) is a program of Resources for Human Development (RHD), a non-profit human service agency whose mission is to provide caring, effective, and innovative services that empower people of all abilities as they work to achieve the highest level of independence possible and build better lives for themselves, their families, and their communities. OTL supports 28 adults with intellectual and developmental dissabilities in a creative setting that focuses on empowering each individual's independent choices and creative expression. The goal of OTL is to provide a creative, supportive community, where each individual can explore their own unique potential in a way that best suits their interests, talents, and learning styles.
